Melhus Municipality invites tenderers to a contest for a framework agreement for engineering design and consultancy services within roads, water and sewage in Melhus Municipality. Most of the consultancy services will be within water and sewage. The contracting authority will sign a framework agreement with between three and five tenderers, where the distribution of assignments will, as a main rule, be divided equally. Assignments will be awarded as direct call-offs or by mini-competitions between the consultants.
