The tenderer must themselves, or through/in collaboration with sub-supplier(s), be able to carry out at least one of the following:
- Redesign (including design/sketches and execution of the work)
- Furniture upholstery
- Cabinet maker services
- Other services mentioned or that are closely connected to the mentioned services in the tender documentation, point 1.3.2.

- Redesign: To give a new look or new function to furniture and fixtures

There is furniture and fixtures in Oslo Municipality's entities that has either fulfilled its need, or for which there is no longer a need in its current condition. We would therefore like to redesign relevant furniture and fixtures into products that cover new or other needs for furniture and fixtures. Tenderers must be able to design and execute the work, and will have the final liability for the delivered product. The work can be carried out by the tenderer, or through/in collaboration with sub-supplier(s).

- Repairs: Various repair services for furniture and fixtures

There is furniture and fixtures in Oslo Municipality that requires repairs. We would therefore like to repair the relevant furniture and fixtures so that the lifetime of the products is extended.

The need is mainly connected to the repair of modern/industry produced furniture and fixtures, but there can also be historical/antiquarian furniture and fixtures.

Repairs will include services within recovering and refilling furniture, seams/industry seams, wood and cabinet maker services, (simple) metal work, and minor glass work, as well as other services that have a natural connection to the above-mentioned services.

Tenderers are not required to be able to carry out all of the listed services, but a tenderer must, either themselves, or through/in collaboration with sub-supplier(s) be able to carry out at least one of the following:

- Other services that are mentioned above or that are closely connected to the mentioned services.

The co-procurement contract will have an annual estimated value of NOK 7 million - NOK 10 million. Attention is drawn to the fact that the estimate is very uncertain, and is only a guideline as this is a completely new contract.

Documentation requirement:

Norwegian companies: Company registration certificate

Foreign tenderers: Verification that the company is registered in a trade index or a register of business enterprises as prescribed by the law of the country where the company is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to comply with the contract.

Documentation requirement: The contracting authority will obtain a credit rating on its own initiative.

The contracting authority reserves the right to obtain the company's last Annual Financial Statement including notes, the Board's Annual Reports and Audit Reports, and credit rating, as well as recent information of relevance to the company's fiscal figures.

Tenderers must have relevant experience, Experience means that a tenderer has undertaken similar assignments for public or private customers.

Documentation requirement: A short description of the most important deliveries in the last three years, including information on the date of the assignment, and a description of the assignment's content and scope.
