The Norwegian Public Roads Administration (henceforth referred to as the Contracting Authority) wants to enter into a framework agreement for legal services related to process assignments for the Courts of Justice for land acquisitions. The framework agreement shall also include ongoing consulting for cases that could potentially become a dispute before the courts, as well as lectures and courses to ensure transfer of experience from process assignments and consultancy services related to disputes in the above given jurisdiction.
