Framework agreement for the administration of a vehicle fleet for the Norwegian Public Roads Administration, both leased and self-owned vehicles. This also includes vehicles that were leased under the existing framework agreement, as these will be included in the vehicle administration under the new framework agreement.
Furthermore, the tenderer will undertake leasing and procurement of vehicles on behalf of the contracting authority. The contracting authority will, as a main rule, operate with operational leasing of vehicles, with an option to procure vehicles when this is the most cost efficient.
The tenderer will take on the total administration of the vehicle fleet of the contracting authority. This means carrying out assignments and offering services that cover all parts of vehicle management as listed in the requirements specification.
The contract period is 5 years, calculated from the date that both parties sign the contract. The contracting authority has an option to extend the contract for 1 year, so that the total possible contract length is 6 years.
