The contest and qualification will run parallel and will have the same date for submission.
Up to 5 tenderers who are qualified will have the opportunity to participate in the contest.
All referrals to the tenderer are to be understood as a referral to actual tenderers. All referrals to the delivery are to be understood as the system and services requested by the contracting authority in accordance with the tender documentation.
The tender documentation including the annexes gives tenderers the necessary information and guidance, see chapter 7 the tender documentation's documents/annexes.
Examples of equipment covered by the contract. The list is not exhaustive and new products may be added during the contract period:
Projectors
Interactive boards
Information monitors
Monitors
Google meet equipment
Screens
Sound equipment for meeting rooms (microphones, loudspeakers)
Accessories (e.g., cables and suspension)
Connection panels
A control system for AV equipment
Service contract
Service assignments
Environmental return scheme for old equipment
Consultancy services (design/engineering design of meeting rooms/teaching rooms)
Training in use of the system
Supplementary equipment (applies to projectors and interactive boards)
System for screen mirroring
The tenderer will take over responsibility for the contracting authority's existing equipment through the contract.
Any service assignments for this equipment will be carried out by the chosen tenderer. The contracting authority does not have a total overview of the products that are at the contracting authority's units, however we can state that we have had a contract with ATEA for the last 4 years.

Requirement: Tenderers must be a legally established company. Documentation requirement: Norwegian companies: Company registration certificate (Section 17-10).. Foreign companies: Proof that the company is registered in a trade index or business register as prescribed by the law of the country in which the Tenderer is established.

Vilkår for kontraktoppfyllelse:
The contracting authority requires that the supplier's wage and working conditions are in accordance with generally applicable collective agreements or nationwide collective agreements for the relevant area covered by the contract. Wage and working conditions are in this context defined as provisions on minimum working hours, wages, including overtime supplements, shift and rota supplements and inconvenience supplements and coverage of expenses for journeys, food and lodgings, to the degree that such provisions are in the tariff agreement.
