Austrheim Kommune

The objective of the contract is to cover the contracting authority's requirements for plumbing works. The framework agreement will cover Austrheim Municipality's ongoing need for plumbing services including materials. The agreement will comprise, but is not limited to:
• Work related to the maintenance and repair and routine service of pipes and sanitary installations of all types.
• Renovation and new installation of pipes and sanitary installations of all types
• Work and maintenance of heating systems.
It may also occasionally be relevant to use the framework agreement provider for smaller projects.

Beskrivelse av fornyelser:

The contract will be valid for 2 (two) years from when the contract is signed. The contract will then be renewed automatically for a period of 1 (one) year at a time for up to a further 2 years, with a mutual right for the parties to give 3 (three) months written notice on the contract.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:

In addition to the contracting authority, Austrheim Kommunale Eigedomsselskap AS (AKE) will have the opportunity to enter into the contract by submitting written notification to the tenderers during the contract period, including options for an extension. The companies must have the same price and contract terms as the contracting authority.

Tenderers must be registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.

Documentation requirement:

• Norwegian tenderers: Company registration certificate

• Foreign tenderers: Verification that the tenderer is registered in a company register, trade register or a commerce register in the country where the tenderer is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Tenderers must have sufficient financial capacity to fulfil the obligations given in the framework agreement.

Documentation requirements: Annual accounts from the last two financial years.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Requirement 1: The tenderer must have sufficient capacity and competence at their disposal for the implementation of assignments in the contract. This requires that the tenderer has a minimum of 3 craftsman man-years with a trade certificate for the relevant subject area.

Documentation requirement:

• Description of the company's staffing and organization with regard to delivering in accordance with the framework agreement requirements.

• A description of the qualified personnel the tenderer has at disposal for fulfilment of the contract, including personnel with a certificate of apprenticeship within relevant disciplines.

Requirement 2: The tenderer must have good experience from implementation of equivalent deliveries/comparable assignments.

A list with an overview and description of the tenderer's most relevant assignments during the last three years. The list/description must, as a minimum

contain:

• Name of contracting authority/client

• Delivery dates

• The assignment´s value

• Description of the company's role

• A brief description of the delivery.

Requirement 3: Tenderers must have good procedures for quality control and HSE.

The documentation must be provided in one of the following ways:

Alternative 1: Description of the company's procedures, with emphasis on quality assurance, resource management, management responsibility and HSE.

Alternative 2: If tenderers have an ISO 9001:2000 certificate or equivalent, this will be sufficient to document fulfilment of the requirement.
