The framework agreement is for assistance with Integrity Due Diligence surveys (IDD) and assessments of the qualification requirements related to economic and financial capacity.
The surveys and assessments shall preferably be carried out whilst assessing the qualification of tenderers for procurement processes. However ongoing surveys can be required during the tender phase and contract phase.
For this procurement, a contract will be signed with one tenderer.
The contract period is 2 years from the date that both parties sign the contract.
The contracting authority has an option to extend the contract for 1 + 1 year, so that the total possible contract length is 4 years.
