Sirkula IKS

The procurement will cover Sirkula IKS' need for deliveries of fuel in bulk to Sirkula IKS' locations. The framework agreement will be valid for all of Sirkula IKS' locations.
The scope of the procurement is estimated to be NOK 750,000 excluding VAT a year, a total of NOK 3,000,000 excluding VAT over the four-year contract period including options.
Due to any changes in the budget, or any increased fuel prices, etc., in the contract period, an upper limit has been set for call-offs under the framework agreement of NOK 4,500,000 excluding VAT.
The contracting authority will enter into a framework agreement with 1 tenderer.
The framework agreement period will be minimum 2 years from 11.05.2022. The contracting authority will have the unilateral right to extend the framework agreement on verbatim terms for an additional two years. Triggering of options will occur with intervals of one year + one year.

The estimate is made according to the contracting authority's best judgement, and does not represent any contractual obligations. The contracting authority is only obliged to procure at each individual call-off.

The contracting authority reserves the right to use other contracts to cover the need for fuel if the contracting authority deems it appropriate, but the framework agreement will be the main delivery of fuel in bulk for the contracting authority.
