Framework agreement for the purchase of Gateways

Oslo kommune v/ Vann- og avløpsetaten

In connection with the replacement of water meters, VAV [the Agency for Water and Wastewater Services] needs to enter into a framework agreement for the purchase of Gateways to be able to remotely read the new water meters that are being installed. The Gateways shall also be used in ordinary operations, i.e. some recently replaced water meters and any future new registrations.

The framework agreement will be valid for 2 years from the last date of contract signing.
The contracting authority has an option for extending the framework agreement on unchanged terms for 1 year. The total possible agreement period is 3 years.
Both the contracting authority and the supplier can terminate the framework agreement with 6 months' written notice.
