Framework agreement for the purchase of consultancy services relating to internal audits

Norad – Direktoratet for utviklingssamarbeid

Norad would like to enter into a framework agreement with one supplier for consultancy support for our newly established internal audit. The scope of the internal audit follows Norad’s designated areas of responsibility and covers the whole organization. Audits are selected on a risk-based approach. Activities under the agreement will mostly vary from year to year.
A large part of the supported activities will mainly be conducted by one chosen consultant, who is expected to work physically from Norad’s premises 12 hours a week, possibly in addition to more work from a different location. The supplier most also be able to offer additional consultants with specialized competence within a range of functions relevant for Norad.
Working language is Norwegian.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Legally established company.
The tenderer must enclose a company certificate or register printout (sole proprietorship) from the register of legal entities.
Tax certificate.
Norwegian providers must enclose a tax certificate for tax, employer's contribution and value added tax. Such a certificate can be obtained in Altinn. The tax certificate must not be older than 6 months from the expiry of the deadline for submission of tenders. Sole proprietorships must submit confirmation that they are not registered in the VAT register. Foreign providers must submit corresponding tax certificates from their countries.
