NDLA

NDLA develops digital learning resources for teachers and pupils in sixth form school.
For a period, NDLA has procured podcasts for some subjects, and has experience that relatively short podcasts give students a good learning outcome. The podcasts must give students insight in one case, understanding in and experience from situations and how different people think and feel, as well as a deeper knowledge of important issues. The podcast must be included in a context with other educational activities.

The tenderer must be a legally established company
Documentation requirement:
Norwegian companies: Company registration certificate from the Brønnøysund Register Centre
Foreign tenderers: Proof that the tenderer is registered in a trade or business registry or a Register of Business Enterprises as prescribed in the legislation of the country in which the tenderer is established
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract.
Documentation requirement:
The contracting authority will, as a starting point, obtain a credit rating of the tenderers. Credit rating based on the most recent financial figures. Financial strength will be evaluated in relation to turnover, operating profit margin, solidity and liquidity.

The contracting authority reserves the right to obtain the tenderers' annual accounts including notes with the board and auditor's reports from the last year*.
Foreign tenderers are asked to submit their annual accounts, including any notes with the board and auditor's reports from the last two years.
If a tenderer, due to valid reasons, cannot present the requested documentation, he can prove his economic and financial position with other documentation that the contracting authority can accept.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
1. Tenderers must have a good reputation from equivalent assignments in the last 3 years. Equivalent assignments refers to producing podcasts developed for professional stakeholders (for example newspapers, radio, humanitarian organisations and educational stakeholders), with an emphasis on information dissemination and edutainment.

Documentation requirement:
Description of the tenderer's 3 most relevant assignments during the last 3 years.
The description must include information of contract value, date and recipient (name, telephone no. and e-mail address).
References may be contacted if necessary to clarify the relevance of the assignment. However, it is still the tenderer's responsibility to substantiate relevance through the description.
Tenderers must use the reference form in Annex 5.
2. Tenderers must have the sufficient implementation ability and capacity to deliver the required services.
A brief and overall description of the company including:
-The company's overall organisation, including the number of employees
-Study capacity
