The framework agreement for the procurement of office supplies. Trøndelag County is holding a contest on behalf of its own need and on behalf of the collaboration partners listed in annex 4 Overview of Affiliated Entities. Trøndelag County is the contract owner and is responsible for strategic contract management. The individual contracting authority and ordering units will have operative responsibility for the framework agreement through ordering and follow-up of the deliveries.
The contracting authorities are organised differently geographically. Some of the contracting authorities are spread out with several business addresses, whilst others only have one single business address. Allowance must be made for the fact that the contracting authorities have a considerably higher number of delivery places than the stated business addresses. The reason for this is that the contracting authorities have different internal organisation and logistics.
