Kort beskrivelse:

The procurement will cover the contracting authority's ongoing need for diving services, and the diving services will mainly be used for mapping, on-site inspections, new installations (laying new submarine pipelines), and repairs of water and sewage pipelines in various types of material above and below water.

It will be necessary to carry out operations from/with a car/boat/ROV (small and large) in order to carry out the assignments in a good way. Aggregate run pumps can be required. If a pigging operation fails, there can be a need for assistance (e.g., disconnection sewage pipelines).

The main assignments will be:

- Mapping, coordinate fixing, inspections, and improvements of…

… intake pipelines for water in raw water sources and water pipelines in the sea/freshwater.

… sewage pipelines, surface water pipelines, jack legs in sea/freshwater.

- Detection of pipelines in sea/freshwater

- New installations: Laying new pipelines in sea/freshwater

- Minor repairs and replacements of water and sewage installations (pipes, sluices, valves, etc.,) in sea/freshwater (underwater)

- Raising and lowering pipelines in sea/freshwater

- Installation and maintenance of counterweights on submarine pipelines underwater (sea/freshwater)

The tenderer must provide the necessary equipment to carry out the work, including ROV.

Some assignments will require the use of a ROV (remote controlled underwater vessel). A small ROV can be used for inspecting mountain lakes. A large ROV can be used for inspections of the sea with depth and current.

in relation to the payment

Documentation requirement:

Tax certificate not older than six months calculated

from the tender deadline. A tax certificate is defined as:

For Norwegian tenderers:

A tax and VAT certificate issued by

the tax office via Altinn.

For foreign tenderers:

Foreign tenderers must present

equivalent certificates from their country confirming that

they have the tax and duty payments in order.

If the authorities in the relevant country

do not issue such certificates,

the tenderer must present a declaration that

confirms that all taxes and duties have been

paid. The declaration must be approved and

signed by the tenderer's

finance director/finance manager.

Tenderers must be a legally

established company.

Norwegian tenderers:

Company Registration Certificate.

Foreign tenderers:

Confirmation that the tenderer is registered in a

trade index or a Register of Business Enterprises, in accordance with

the legislation of the country where the tenderer is

established.

sufficient financial strength to

fulfil the contract.

Documentation requirement:

The tenderer's annual accounts, including notes with the

board and auditor's reports from 2019 and 2020.

If the annual accounts for last year have not been completed

by the tender deadline for this contest,

the tender must include the preliminary annual accounts for

last year.

The contracting authority reserves the right to

make a credit assessment if needed.

Financial strength is assessed in relation to turnover,

operating margin, solvency and liquidity.

experience from similar deliveries.

Documentation requirement:

References from similar deliveries during the last three years.

The references must as a minimum contain:

- Brief description of the assignment.

- Date of implementation.
