The contracting authority would like to enter into a framework agreement with a tenderer for the delivery of cleaning machines, service, and maintenance of cleaning machines, and consumables and expendable parts for the period 12.04.2022 - 11.04.2024, with an option for an extension for 1+1 year.
The contracting authority's paramount goals for the contract are:
- The contracting authority's would like to achieve and keep maximum user satisfaction
- To select a tenderer with a high level of quality for service and maintenance work.
- To select a tenderer that handles the complexity (size and geographical spread) of the contracting authority's organisation in a satisfactory way.
- To select a tenderer that supports the contracting authority's organisation in the best possible way
The framework agreement will include all county units as well as associated entities with their underlying units.

Kort beskrivelse:

The scope of the procurement is dependent on the contracting authority's need for cleaning machines and associated service and maintenance. Further details on the procurement are given in Annex 1, Requirements Specification.

The contract includes the following machines:

- Vacuum cleaner /carpet beater

- Floor washing machine

- Wet vacuum

- Carpet cleaning machine

- Floor polishing machine

- High-speed machine

- Steam cleaner

- Washing machine

- Lint boxes

- Dryer

- Mop refrigerator. The contract also includes associated consumables, expendable parts and additional equipment. Consumables are in this context defined as e.g., vacuum cleaner bags, filters, HEPA filters, dust coats for high-speed machines, etc. Expendable parts are in this context defined as e.g., hoses, various nozzles, rivets, brushes, rubber mouldings for floor washing machines, etc. The contract includes the performance of service, maintenance and repair of cleaning machines. Training and advising the contracting authority’s cleaning personnel is also included in the agreement.
