Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
K01 - Tenderers must not have significant tax marks on tax payments to public authorities.
Company tax certificate. Documentation of paid tax, employer contribution and VAT. The certificate must not be more than 6 months old from the deadline for submitting the application.
Any arrears must be explained.
The requirement is only obligatory for Norwegian tenderers, but international tenderers are encouraged to submit equivalent documentation.
K02 - Tenderers must be legally registered. Documentation verifying that the tenderer is registered in a public register in his home country. For example, a company registration certificate for Norwegian tenderers.

K03 - Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil their contractual obligations.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
- A credit/solidity assessment and prediction for bankruptcy from a recognised credit rating company must be attached to the qualification documentation. The rating must uncover (1) credit/solidity assessment and (2) the degree of bankruptcy risk (bankruptcy prediction). The self-declaration must not be older than three months calculated from the deadline for requests for qualification.

NRK can, unless the tenderer has stated otherwise in the tender letter, carry out an assessment of the tenderer's economic and financial standing through Experian if possible.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
K04 Tenderers must have the capacity for nationwide delivery of both equipment and services, as well as support and service.
K05 Tenderers must have relevant experience from deliveries of equivalent services to those which are described in this document.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
K04 A description of the tenderer's supply and service organisation, including the number of employees as well as a description of the tenderer's spare parts stores and spare parts logistics, and how this is handled in a nationwide context, but with particular emphasis on Oslo.

Which resources belong to the tenderer, and which belong to other companies, where relevant, must be specified. If a tenderer will rely on other
companies' capacity to fulfil its contractual obligations, a signed commitment statement must be attached from the relevant sub-suppliers; cf. Annex: Liability Declaration MA3551- 22E
K05 Documentation of the most important deliveries by the tenderer and any sub-suppliers in the last three years. These deliveries must be relevant and comparable as regards the description of the object that is to be procured.
The documentation must state the following for each delivery:
the customer's name and contact information
provided services and systems
scope, value, and duration of the delivery
a short description of why the tenderer considers the reference relevant to this procurement
information on - and if so, to what degree - whether the delivery will be made by or by use of sub-suppliers
NRK reserves the right to undertake the necessary inquiries on the true relevance of the documented deliveries, in order to get a complete picture of the tenderers' abilities.
