Framework agreement for the operation, maintenance and development of street lights
Birkenes, Lillesand and Vennesla Municipalities are the contracting authorities for the procurement.
A framework agreement shall be entered into covering:
• Periodical inspection of the municipal street light systems
• Maintenance of the municipal street light systems
• Replacement of light sources when required
• Repair of damages/errors in the street light systems
• Service assignments, including relocation of masts/street light distributions
• Expansion and rebuilding of street lighting systems in all municipalities
• Installation of metres on systems without metres
• Proposals for economical and energy-saving measures
• Emergency safety services in the event of a collision, tree fall and similar
• Takeover inspections of new systems for other developers
The assignment also includes administration and planning of work assignments, contingency, documentation of work performed, meeting activity, reporting to the contracting authority and handling of other assignments that are necessary for the operation, maintenance and new installation of street lighting systems.
