Vestfold and Telemark County shall enter into an agreement for technical and constructional consulting services for the following 7 lots:
1. Architect 2. Landscape architect 3. Building (RIB: Consulting engineer Building structures, RIBr: Consulting engineer Fireproofing, RIBfy: Consulting engineer Building physics, RIM: Consulting engineer External environment, RIA: Consulting Engineer Acoustics, RIG: Consulting engineer Geotechnics) 4. Technical (RIE: Consulting engineer Electrical installations, RIV: Consulting engineer HVAC and sanitation, RITB: Consulting engineer Building automation systems) 5. Consulting engineer - VVA: Roads, Water and Sewage 6. HSE (Co-ordinator engineering design in accordance with the Construction Client Regulations, Co-ordinator execution in accordance with the Construction Client Regulations, the Builder's representative) 7. Project administration (Project manager, Construction manager, Engineering design manager)
Tenders on can be given for one or several of the 7 listed lots. The tenderer must be able to offer resources for all subject areas within the lot or lots for which tenders are given. The hourly rates must be filled in for all subject areas for each individual lot that the supplier offers, see Appendix 2B Price.

Purpose of the procurement

Technical: RIE: Consulting engineer Electrical installations, RIV: Consulting engineer HVAC and sanitation, RITB: Consulting engineer Building automation systems 5. Consulting engineer - VVA: Roads, Water and Sewage 6. Tenders on can be given for one or several of the 7 listed lots. The tenderer must be able to offer resources for all subject areas within the lot or lots for which tenders are given. The hourly rates must be filled in for all subject areas for each individual lot that the supplier offers, see Appendix 2B Price. For example: If the tenderer presents a tender for the Technical subject area a consultant must be offered for the subject areas RIE, RIV and RITB, and hourly prices for the three subject areas must be stated in the price form.

Framework agreements shall be entered into with up to three providers for lot (parallel framework agreements), provided that a sufficient number of suitable tenders are presented, see the section below under 'deltilbud' ('Sub-tenders'). Further details on the procurement is in 'Annex A - Delivery Scope (requirement specification)'.

The value and scope of the contract

The framework agreement/contract period is 2 years. The contracting authority will have an exclusive option to extend the framework agreement for a further 2 years, 1 year at a time, to a maximum period of 4 years. This will result in an estimated agreement value of NOK 40 million excluding VAT. including options. The total estimated value of the agreements is NOK 80 million excluding VAT, including options. This is to be considered as an estimate only and the contracting authority is not obliged to purchase services for this value.

Varighet: 24 måneder
