The tenderer must formulate work instructions for each property, and must be available for the contracting authority on a 24 hour staffed duty telephone. It will be up to the tenderer to assess which areas are to be cleared by hand and where a machine can be used for snow clearing.
The main service must be included in a fixed price that the tenderer provides for up to 12 calls for ploughing and 12 calls for gritting per area per season, filling grit boxes before the start of the season and spring sweeping with flushing.

Snow clearing and gritting is one of the basic services for Oslobygg. The main service must include snow clearing, gritting, and spring sweeping.

This includes depositing snow on the property, snow clearing by entrance areas, footpaths, and escape routes, fire manholes, car parking areas, and the areas around the waste bins.

A fixed price must be given for each performance per call beyond 12.

In addition, the contracting authority requires certain additional services. These must be priced apart from the main performance and will be carried out after orders from the contracting authority. Detailed descriptions are included in Annex 01 - Performance description
