Forsvarsbygg [the Norwegian Defence Estates Agency] invites tenderers to submit tenders on their own or in collaboration with others for:
Framework agreement for the operation, maintenance, and new procurements of supply installations for electricity (mainly high voltage) in the Navy's Main Base at Haakonsvern.
The purpose of the framework agreement is to cover The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency's need for:
- Services for the operation, maintenance, and new procurements connected to the supply installations at Haakonsvern.
- Electrical material for the provision of services on high voltage installations. Service provided under the framework agreement must include all the required engineering design for the execution of the assignments, unless otherwise agreed.
The contract party in the framework agreement will be the Norwegian Defence Estates Agency, c/o REVE.

Supply installations for electricity at the Navy´s main base at Haakonsvern.
This framework agreement is for the Norwegian Defence Estates Agency REVE´s supply installations for electricity, which mainly consist of high voltage installations at the Navy´s main base at Haakonsvern (the supply installations).
The contract also includes the supply installation's low voltage installations up until the main switch in the feeder pillar.
The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency REVE has a separate concession for the operation and maintenance of the supply installations, which are operated by the Norwegian Defence Estates Agency´s expert operations manager and its own high voltage installers.

The framework agreement only covers the need for services that cannot be solved by our employees. This need can vary based on the Norwegian Defence Estates Agency's own available resources.
Included services
The framework agreement includes the delivery of material and all services on and connected to the electrical installations and automation systems that are included in the supply installation. This involves that the tenderer must deliver, amongst other things, and not exhaustive:

- all types of services for electrotechnical high voltage installations as mentioned in the main chapters from NS 3420 W, electricity and tele installations.
- services, installations, and components described in chapters 3420 X, to the degree that these services are required for completion of the main assignment.
- services and material for control plants, to the degree that they are naturally connected to the control and operation of the high voltage installations, new investments in high voltage installations, etc.
Estimert verdi eksklusive mva: 20 000 000 NOK 💰
Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
The framework agreements will be valid for 2 (two) calendar years after the contract is signed, with an option to extend for up to (1) one year plus (1) one year, a maximum of 4 (four) calendar years.
If the framework agreement will have a longer duration than two years, the contract must be extended in writing by the contracting authority at the latest before the expiry date of the framework agreement.
