Oslo kommune v/ Renovasjons- og Gjenvinningsetaten
Oslo municipality's Agency for Waste Management (Norwegian abbreviation: REG) is responsible for household waste from the City of Oslo. The food waste is delivered to Romerike Biogas plant (Norwegian abbreviation: RBA) for the production of compressed and liquid biogas, CBG and LBG, and biofertilizer. The plant is situated in Vormsund, approximately 65 km outside Oslo. The objective of the invitation to tender is to enter into a framework agreement that maintains a stable operation of RBA for REG. The agreement shall cover service and maintenance of the plant, including consumables and spare parts for the gas plant.
The agreement has been published previously, and is re-published as we did not receive any tenders in the first tender contest.
