The plumbing work will typically include the following:
- Installation of water and sewage pipes
- Installation of a pipe system, equipment and fittings for sanitary installations
- Installation of a pipe system, equipment and fittings for water-borne heating and cooling plants
- Installation and equipment for technical centrals, including all accompanying components.
- Installation of other systems, such as sprinkler
- Provision of service and maintenance
- Consulting and engineering design
- Balancing, pumps adjustment and documentation for water-borne systems
- Installation of water treatment systems
- Commissioning water-borne system, flushing and airing
- Preparation of documentation 1.3 Plumbing materials, etc. (building materials)
The contract includes sanitary products for water and sewage systems, machines and apparatus, as well as all HVAC and sanitary standard products, including wet room products. This includes materials, equipment, accessories and furniture that are required for executing the plumbing works. Access to spare parts must be good.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Tenderers must be a legally established company.
Documentation: Norwegian companies: Company Registration Certificate.
Foreign companies: Proof that the company is registered in a trade or business register as prescribed by the law of the country where the company is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract.
Creditworthiness with no requirement for guarantees will be sufficient to meet the requirement.
Credit rating based on the last available annual accounts, carried out by a certified credit rating company.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Tenderers must have experience from equivalent contracts.
Documentation requirement: Tenderers must attach a list of the three most important comparable deliveries in the last three years.
Information must be provided about the customer´s name, value per annum, content, dates and the recipient's contact person (name, telephone number and e-mail address). The contact persons will only be contacted if necessary.
Tenderers must have the capacity and ability to fulfil the contract.
Documentation requirement: Tenderers must describe their execution capabilities and capacity for the assignment/contract.

Requirement: Tenderers must be an approved teaching company.
Documentation requirement: Certification as a teaching company from the county.
Confirmation of cooperation with an education office or equivalent.
