The county needs all makes within the segments passenger/goods/cargo/minibus up to 7.5 tonnes, and tenderers must be able to deliver fossil fuel, electric vehicles, and hybrid.
All vehicles must be able to be driven locally and service and maintenance must be carried out at a local brand workshop. Dependent on vehicle type, one must be able to select leasing periods from two to five years.
The value and scope of the contract
The total procurement value is estimated to be NOK 38,000,000. The value must be considered as an estimate and it is not binding. The framework agreement duration is two years. The contracting authority will have an exclusive option to extend the framework agreement for a further two years, one year at a time, altogether a maximum four years.

Purpose of the procurement

This contest is for a new framework agreement for operational leasing of vehicles and the administration of the county's leased vehicles. The transfer to a new provider will be gradually when the current leasing agreements expire. This is further described under the section on implementation.

Tenderers must be able to deliver all makes within the segments passenger/goods/cargo/minibus up to 7.5 tonnes, to all of the contract's participants. Tenderers must be able to deliver both fossil fuel, electric vehicles, and hybrid. All vehicles must be able to be collected locally, and service and maintenance must be carried out at a local garage for the make of vehicle. Dependent on vehicle type, it must be possible to select leasing periods from 2-5 years.

Total estimated value of the contract: NOK 38,000,000. The value is an estimate based on statistics and accounting figures for the procurement of equivalent services for the same buyer group for previous years, as well as future budgets. The value must be considered as an estimate and is not binding.

The framework agreement/contract period is 2 years. The contracting authority will have an exclusive option to extend the framework agreement for a further two years, one year at a time, altogether a maximum four years.
