The purpose of the procurement is to enter into a nationwide framework agreement with one supplier who shall meet the contracting authority's need for on-line grocery shopping.
The agreement concerning online grocery shopping is aimed at those service locations that order food in small packages and require a quick delivery. The agreement is mostly focused on deliveries to schools and nurseries. The agreement will be a 'non-exclusive' agreement.
The agreement shall be organised as staggered call-offs (orders). The agreement shall at all times apply to all the Contracting Authority´s addresses in the municipality.
The estimated value of the agreement is NOK 10-15 million over a 4-year period. The estimated value is based on a rough estimate of consumption against the current agreement over the past four years. The scope may increase during the agreement period if the agreement works well and due to increased needs based on increase in the population in the municipality, etc. The stated estimated scope cannot be considered binding for the municipality.

Purpose of the procurement

The agreement for online grocery shopping is focused on deliveries of food in small packages to service locations that require rapid deliveries and are lacking storage capacity, and are currently using the local grocery stores for food purchases. The agreement is mainly focused on deliveries to schools and nurseries. However, it is also possible for any other service areas / locations in the municipality to enter the agreement. The online grocery shopping is a 'non-exclusive agreement' as the contracting authority has ongoing agreements with various suppliers for the delivery of, among other things, groceries for large households, fruit and vegetables, fresh meat and meat products, milk and liquid dairy products as well as bread and fresh baked goods. However, all these agreements are focused on large-scale consumersin the municipality, who want large packaging and have the required storage capacity. Some of our units may alternate on which agreements are subject to orders.

Scope of the procurement

The contracting authority would like tenders for a framework agreement for the procurement for online grocery shopping. The agreement shall be organised as staggered call-offs (orders). The agreement shall at all times apply to all the Contracting Authority´s addresses in the municipality.

Further description of the delivery is given in Annex 1 to the contract.
