Justification for cancellation Asker municipality is hereby notifying that the tender contest is cancelled In accordance with the Public Procurement Regulations' § 25-4. The tender contest is cancelled with immediate effect. Subsequent to the tender contes, the municipality has been made aware that essential elements of the tender documentation are missing. These are defects that are essential for evaluating the tenders and carrying out the tender contest. Among other things, it appears that a significant part of the documentation for pricing the scope is missing. This may affect the result of the tender contest. The error can only be rectified by cancelling the call for tenders. This thus meets the requirement give in the regulations that there are "justifiable reasons" for cancellation. Asker municipality also informs that the invitation to tender will be published over the New Year with adjusted tender documentations that safeguards the basic principles of predictability, non-discrimination and proportionality.
