• Workwear and patient clothing (uniforms, etc.)
• Duvets, mattresses, pillows, and bedding
• Towels, cloths, protective sheets, and bibs
Option: If a tenderer has clothes for canteen personnel and/or cleaning and/or sportswear, we reserve the right to procure such products from the chosen tenderer.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

Tenderers must be a legally established company.

Documentation requirement:

Company registration certificate, not older than one month at the application deadline.

Foreign companies: Documentation proving that the company is registered in a trade or business register as prescribed by the law of the country where the company is established.

ESPD: Tenderers must fill in the ESPD Form in the tender management tool light as provisional documentation of fulfilment of the qualification requirements and that there are no reasons for rejection and that the selection criteria are fulfilled.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Tenderers must have their tax and VAT payments in order.

Documentation requirement: Companies that are obliged to pay tax and duty in Norway must submit a tax certificate for tax and VAT. Companies who are liable for tax and duties abroad shall submit an equivalent certificate as mandated by the legislation in the country where the tenderer is registered as a company.

Tenderers must have sufficient financial capacity to fulfil the contractual obligations. The contracting authority will obtain a credit rating of tenderers itself. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to collect supplementary information about the tenderer's finances.
