Trondheim municipality will enter into new parallel framework agreements for ground and landscaping work. A framework agreement includes assignments of a period of 2 years with options for 1+1 year.
Each individual assignment is normally carried out by call-off/invoice work or as a fixed-price contract as a result of a mini-competition between the tenderers who receive framework agreement contracts.
It is estimated that the value of the contract during the 4-year period will total approx. NOK 7,000,000. The contracting authority is not bound by the estimated value.
