The contracting authority would like to join up with a collaboration partner within graphical design, profiling and branding, that can manage and further develop NORCE's profile and branding strategy, including branding texts. Tenderers must be able to refer to solid experience and competence with a profiling and branding strategy. The contact person must have competence in graphical design and production, and senior competence in the development of a visual identity and graphical profile. The competence must include formulations in both Norwegian and English.
The contracting authority would like a tenderer that can have full responsible for graphical services from design to completed product.

Kort beskrivelse:
The framework agreement will include the following services, but the list is not exhaustive (not in order of priority). There will be a need for Norwegian and English.
- Further develop and manage the profile manual and branding strategy
- Further development of templates, for example: Powerpoint, general templates in Office, job advertisements, etc.
- Further development of digital templates, for example, social media and video
- Deliver company texts/branding texts
- Provide graphical services and infographics for…
… different reports such as: Annual reports, project reports, assignment reports, research applications (national and international), strategies, etc.
… concrete research projects aimed at different target groups such as: Potential customers, decision makers, municipalities, etc.
- Graphical services and planning marketing for major annual conferences such as Arendalsuka, ONS, and AquaNor
- Production and adaptation of text for different editorial channels
- Advice and graphical assistance for profiling new research centres
- Advice and graphical assistance for profiling major research projects
- Further development of current and new profiling articles, for example: Training jackets and t-shirts, mugs, reflective bands, pens, etc.
- Printing services: Conference folders, banners, foliation, roll-ups, stickers, brochures, flyers, etc.
- Management and further development of the contracting authority's profile manual for signage, both indoors and outdoors at all our locations, and flags and pennants
- Graphical services for facade signs, office signs, and foliation of offices and research equipment (both in the air and under water), various vehicles, laboratory equipment, etc.

The total scope of the procurement is estimated to be approx. NOK 8 million - NOK 10 million excluding VAT over a four-year period.
The contract has an upper limit of NOK 10 million excluding VAT.

Beskrivelse av fornyelser:
The framework agreement will have a duration of 2 years, with an option for the Contracting Authority to extend for a further 1+1 year, to a total of up to 4 years.
Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
Tenderers ought to have the possibility to offer a good selection of the following products as a non-exclusive option in the contract.
Option: Profiling articles with print (training jackets and t-shirts, mugs, reflective bands, umbrellas, pens, etc.).
The contracting authority will be free to take up the option in the contract period. The option will then follow the original contract's length and any extensions. The options are non-exclusive.
