Ringerike kommune

Ringerike municipality wants to enter into an agreement with a tenderer for the excavation and laying of infrastructure (fibre).
The agreement includes fibre-optic construction work, including the establishment of fibre-optic infrastructure for new locations, as well as performing tasks related to the operation, maintenance and error correction in accordance with further clarified needs.
The tenderer shall be responsible for the engineering design and handing over documentation of all executed assignments in a format further agreed upon.

Kort beskrivelse:
The contracting authority intends to enter into a contract with one tenderer.
The contracting authority is not bound to an estimated annual amount, as the value can vary based on grants and absolute measures.
The framework agreement will expire when the framework agreement's maximum value has been reached, approx. NOK 4 million over a 4 year period.
The agreements are scheduled to commence during autumn 2022 and will be valid until autumn 2024, with an option to extend for 2 years (1+1).
The tender contest involves a real case subject to pricing, and which the Contracting Authority assumes will be carried out during the autumn of 2022.
The contracting authority reserves the right to execution as there is a lack of excavating permits for some sections of the route.
When this is in order, the case described in the tender contest will be carried out as part of this framework agreement.
Inspection of the route and area is planned for the end of August prior to the deadline for receipt of tenders. A further date for this is to be agreed upon.
Estimert verdi eksklusive mva: 5 000 000 NOK 💰
