Kort beskrivelse:

The assignment covers work in Oslo City Hall and at Heftyetunet. The work will ensure the necessary clearance and demolition work, as well as the formulation of reports within the trade.

The assignment also includes

- asbestos clearance

- clearing mould, fungus, and rot

- clearing damage after water leaks

- demolition work, including sawing concrete, core drilling, etc.

The contracting authority will make call-offs on the framework agreement as needed. The need will materialise both through planned replacements and maintenance activities, in addition to acute events such as damages and vandalism.

The contracting authority's annual need is estimated to be up to NOK 1 million for environmental clearance and up to NOK 500,000 for demolition work. The contracting authority emphasises that the figures are only estimates and that the actual volume may vary from year to year. The estimated value is not binding for the contracting authority.

- Tenderers are required to have good economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract.

- Sufficient capacity to carry out the assignment.

- Good experience from comparable assignments, including both environmental clearance and demolition work in buildings that are in daily use. I.e., at least two projects where internal asbestos clearance was carried out, and two projects where demolition work was carried out, in buildings that are in daily use.

- Satisfactory quality assurance measures.

- Well-functioning environmental management measures.
