Framework agreement for engineering consultancy services for 2023-2025

Vefsn kommune

Vefsn municipality, Grane municipality and Hattfjelldal municipality, hereafter called the contracting authority, are holding an open tender contest with the aim of establishing parallel framework agreements for engineering consultancy services within the area:
- Consulting
- Engineering design
- Third party inspections
- Preparation of the tender documentation and the contest documents.
- Construction management.
The framework agreement shall apply for future maintenance projects and minor investment projects in:
civil engineering/building and construction (Norwegian: RiB), electrical (Norwegian: RiE), heating ventilation and sanitation engineering (Norwegian: RiV), municipal engineering (Norwegian: VVA), geotechnical engineering/geology (Norwegian: RiG) and architecture (Norwegian: RiA).
The contracting authority would like to enter into a contract for 2 years, with a unilateral option for 1+1 year extension.

The framework agreement will mainly include all assistance in geotechnics and engineering geology rock and environmental geology (contaminated land) for projects led by the Technical Operations and Building and Property [Teknisk drift og Bygg og eiendom] in the municipalities, but other units within the municipalities can also use the agreement if said unit is not bound by other framework agreements that include geotechnical assistance.

The consultant must assist the contracting authority with geotechnical assistance in connection with the construction of municipal engineering facilities and buildings, landslide safety assessments, projects in which issues related to contaminated land are relevant and other projects where there is a need for geotechnical assistance. The framework agreement will also include general geotechnical assistance.
