The objective of the procurement is to cover the contracting authority's need for electrician services. The framework agreement shall mainly be used for maintenance of municipal buildings. It may also occasionally be relevant to use the framework agreement provider for smaller projects.

In addition to the contracting authority, Austrheim Kommunale Eigedomsselskap AS (AKE) will have the opportunity to enter into the contract by submitting written notification to the tenderers during the contract period, including options for an extension. The companies must have the same price and contract terms as the contracting authorities.

Tenderers must be registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers must have sufficient financial capacity to fulfil the obligations given in the framework agreement.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Requirement 1: The tenderer must have sufficient capacity and competence at their disposal for the implementation of assignments in the contract. This requires that the tenderer has a minimum of 3 craftsman man-years with a trade certificate for the relevant subject area.

Requirement 3: Tenderers must have good procedures for quality control and HSE.
Requirement 4: Tenderers must have the necessary certifications for the relevant disciplines related to low current. and includes:
The electrical company register in DSB, with certifications for work assignments within 'Construction and maintenance of other's electrical installations' and 'Control of other's electrical system' for the following:
• Industry, low voltage installations
• Buildings - Low voltage installations
