The contracting authority intends to enter into parallel framework agreements with up to 2 tenderers within each profession for the following roles:
Architect
- Graduate in architecture (ARK including BIM-ko).
- Landscape architect (LARK)
Building engineering disciplines
- Consultant engineer, construction work (RIB including ByFy).
- Consultant fire engineer (RIBr)
- Consultant engineer for HVAC including sanitary installations (RIV)
- Consultant electrical engineer (RIE)
- Consulting engineer Water and Sewage (RIVA)
- Consultant Sound and Acoustics Engineer (RIAku)
- Environmental Consultant (RM)
Other disciplines
- Consulting engineer road planning (RIVei)

The framework agreements can be used, amongst other things, for projects such as:
- Alteration and renovation of Resahaugen School, Jørpeland Secondary School, and Tau Secondary School.
- Co-location of administrative functions in the municipality.
- Planning a new secondary school at Hjelmeland.
- Investment projects for upgrading municipal buildings, roads, and installations.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Registered in a trade register or company register.
Tax and VAT certificate.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling: Organised economic conditions and economic ability to execute the contract.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
The contracting authority will obtain a credit rating from Proff Forvalt as documentation. Tenderers
must, as a minimum, fulfil the rating of 'Satisfactory'. Alternatively, tenderers can, when submitting their
tender, attach an updated credit rating from a recognised credit rating company that
shows that the tenderer fulfils an equivalent credit level. The credit rating must show the current
financial situation of the company. The credit rating mustl be based on the last available
accounts, and it must be carried out by a company that has a licence to carry out
credit information services.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet: Experience
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
Tenderers must attach references of three -3- comparable assignments carried out in the last three -3-
years. Information must be provided on the date of the assignment, a contact person, short description of the assignment, and the
contract value. Strand Municipality will emphasise its own experience with tenderers and follow-up the given
references if required. If a tenderer does not have experience, but can refer to relevant
personnel who have experience, this can be accepted. The tenderer must give an account of this.
