The total estimated value of the framework agreement is NOK 4 million - NOK 8 million excluding VAT, a total of NOK 16 million - NOK 32 million over the contract period, including options. The estimate is uncertain, as any changes in the budget or decisions can increase or decrease the need as regards the above amount. The contract will be valid for a scope of up to NOK 50 million over the contract period (four years). The value is only an estimate and does not represent any obligations for the contracting authority's future purchases.
The agreement will be signed for 2 years, with an option for 1+1 year extension. The framework agreement will be valid for 4 years.

Qualification requirement: Tenderers must be registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.

Documentation Requirement: Norwegian tenderers: Company Registration Certificate. - Foreign tenderers: Verification that the tenderer is registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Qualification requirement: The tenderer must have the necessary economic and financial capacity to carry out the contractual obligations.

Documentation requirement: Credit evaluation/rating, not older than 6 months, and which is based on the last known accounting figures. The rating must be carried out by a credit rating agency with a permission to carry out credit rating services.

If a tenderer has valid reasons for not being able to provide the documentation requested by the contracting authority, the tenderer can prove his economic and financial position with any other document that the contracting authority deems suitable.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

The tenderer must have the necessary economic and financial capacity to carry out the contractual obligations.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Qualification requirement: The tenderer must have good experience from comparable assignments with equivalent content and transfer value.

Documentation requirement: Description of the tenderer's 3 reference projects in the last three years transfer value to the contract. The following information must be given for each project:

-The name of the project; - the Contracting Authority; -the contracting authority's point of contact; -the total cost and length of the project; -Type of assignment; -The value of the assignment; -The tenderer's tasks / role in the project; -Start-up and completion.

It is the tenderer's responsibility to confirm relevance through the description. Tenderers can document experience by referring to the competence of personnel at disposal for this assignment, including experience that has been acquired while personnel performed services for another supplier.
