Framework agreement for consultancy services for building and construction projects

Stange kommune

Stange Municipality invites tenderers to a contest for parallel framework agreements for architect and consulting engineering services within different disciplines. The need is mainly connected to activities for, amongst other things, extending, maintaining, and further developing the municipality's properties and infrastructure. It will also be possible for other organisations within the municipality to use the framework agreements, including Stange kommunale boligforetak KF and Stange kirkelig fellesråd [Stange municipal housing company KF and Stange Church Council]. The framework agreements can be used for both operational and investment projects.
Tenders can be submitted for parts of the assignment. Tenderers must offer all of the requested competence in each individual contract for A1, 2, and 3. In the special fields A4 and A5, tenders can be submitted for individual disciplines. The disciplines that the tender is for are to be indicated in the tender letter.

The objective of the procurement s to ensure that the municipality has access to consultants with the correct competence, at the right price, when required. Consultancy services are mainly needed in the municipality´s building and property entity, the planning section and for municipal engineering, for their activities, which include, amongst other things, developing, maintaining and further developing the municipality´s properties and infrastructure.
