The purpose of the framework agreement is to ensure a statutory audit of the company AtB AS as well as other advisory and attestation services in relevant professional areas.
The contract applies from the time of signing of the contract and has a duration of 5 years, calculated from the time of signing of the contract. The contracting authority has a unilateral option to extend the contract for 1+1 year.

The purpose of the framework agreement is to ensure a statutory audit of the company AtB AS as well as other advisory and attestation services in relevant professional areas.
The contract applies from the time of signing of the contract and has a duration of 5 years, calculated from the time of signing of the contract. The contracting authority has a unilateral option to extend the contract for 1+1 year.
The framework agreement has an estimated value of NOK 4.5 million and a maximum value of NOK 7 million.
Note that a statutory audit will be called off soon after the contract is signed. The call-off agreement will be an SSA-O and have the same duration as the framework agreement. It will apply from and including the fiscal year 2023.
Varighet: 60 måneder

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
5.2.1 Tenderers must be registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established. (Company Registration Certificate)
5.2.2 The tenderer must fulfil the requirements for auditing companies in accordance with the Auditors Act 2020-11-20-128 and related regulations. (Auditor approval number or similar documentation from Financial Supervisory Authority.)
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
5.3 Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to execute the contract.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
Latest submitted annual financial statements with notes including auditor's report.
Credit assessment from an approved credit rating agency based on the last known accounting figures. The rating must not be older than 12 months.
The contracting authority reserves the right to obtain a credit rating of the tenderers via a credit rating agency.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
5.4 The tenderer must have a minimum of three (3) assignments with statutory audits of companies defined as large in accordance with the Accounting Act
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
Completed Annex 5 Reference assignments. The contracting authority reserves the right to contact the reference persons if needed.

AtB informs that the competition has been cancelled with immediate effect. AtB finds it necessary to change the qualification requirement concerning references, ref. See the Procedure Rules, point 5.4; "The tenderer must have a minimum of three (3) assignments with statutory audits of companies defined as large in accordance with the Accounting Act." The reason for the change to the qualification requirement is that it sets an unproportionately high threshold for tenderers to qualify in accordance with the contract. Such a change is considered significant, as it could have affected participation in the competition if the change had been part of the original announcement. The change is necessary and AtB is thereby obligated to cancel the competition. AtB will make the necessary changes to the tender documentation and announce the competition again in the near future. Answers to questions that were not answered in this competition will be made available at the time that the new competition is announced.
