Framework agreement for audit services VAV - NVO
Oslo kommune v/ Vann- og avløpsetaten
Oslo Municipality, c/o the Agency for Water and Sewage (Norwegian: VAV), henceforth referred to as the contracting authority, invites tenderers to an open tender contest for the procurement of agreement 65/2022 Framework agreement for audit services for the project Ny vannforsyning Oslo (NVO) [New water supply Oslo].
The NVO project shall safeguard supplier audits and internal audits up until the project is concluded in 2028. Audits are time-consuming and it is crucial that each individual audit has an audit team that can discuss and stand behind findings and conclusions.
NVO needs a provider of audit services, which can take care of formal preparations and implementation of the project's annual audit program. There may also be a need for some examination / inquiry services.
The rest of the agency also needs corresponding services, and this need is included in this procurement which means that the entire VAV can make call-offs against the framework agreement.
