UDI has been working on the concept to support the organisation's needs for 1.5 years. UDI is currently working in connection with a new working methodology (flexible), and the concept must be updated and further developed in order to support this methodology. UDI needs to further develop and adapt our work plan solutions (version 2.0) with a focus on integrating new work methods, flexibility, and an optimal balance between concentration and interaction. See Annex 1 - The Contracting Authority's Requirements Specification for further information.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:

The fixed framework agreement period will be 1 year. It may be necessary to extend the agreement. The contracting authority therefore has the option for a total of 3 extra years (1+1+1+1). If the right to the option for extension is utilised, notification must be given within three months before the expiration of the present contract period. Therefore, the framework agreement will be for a maximum of 4 years if all options are triggered.

Requirement I: Company registration certificate. Tenderers must be a legally established company. Documentation requirement: Norwegian companies: Company Registration Certificate. Foreign companies: Proof that the company is registered in a trade index or register of business enterprises as prescribed by the law of the country where the tenderer is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Requirement II: Finances. Tenderers must have economic and financial solidity that gives the contracting authority security that the tenderer will be economically viable throughout the contract period. The credit worthiness that will form the basis for qualification for this competition is A (credit worthy) or an equivalent grade. Documentation Requirement: Extended credit rating/report, not older than 3 months, from a publicly certified credit rating company, which includes a credit rating of the Tenderer, typically represented by a letter or a brief text, as well as an explanation of this. The report must be based on the last known fiscal figures. The date must be clearly stated. Companies without adequate credit rating, newly started companies with a credit score of AN, individual foreign companies or companies without reporting obligation to the Brønnøysund Register Centre will not always be able to document that the requirement is met. In such instances, they will be able to compensate with a satisfactory credit rating which provides an equivalent security for implementation ability. These alternative documents must be included in the tender. If a tenderer has valid reasons for not being able to provide the documentation requested by the Contracting Authority, the Tenderer can prove his economic and financial position with any other document that the Contracting Authority deems suitable.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Requirement III: Tenderers must have experience from comparable assignments. Comparable assignments means previous assignments of a comparable size and character. Documentation requirements: 1-3 relevant assignments in the last 3 years with the following information: Name of the contracting authority. Date of execution. A short description of the delivery and any result.
