The objective of the framework agreement is to ensure Statsbygg's need for consulting engineering services and architectural services in Area North, which currently includes the area from Lofoten to Finnmark, as well as Svalbard

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

Tenderers must be a legally established company. Company Registration Certificate, foreign companies are required to have a corresponding certificate as prescribed by the laws of the country where the business is registered.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Tenderers are required to have satisfactory financial implementation ability. The size of the turnover, seen in relation to the contract value, can be emphasized. Statsbygg will carry out a credit rating of the tenderer. Tenderers can, in addition, be asked to submit the auditor confirmed annual accounts.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Tenderers must have sufficient professional qualifications to be able to declare liability for development class 3, cf. SAK 10 § 13-5 [Regulations on technical,requirements for building,work], for the function of designer for the following disciplines: Architectural Structure safety, Building physics, Sanitary installations, Fire proofing concept, Extinguishing systems. Documentation that shows that the tenderer has the necessary and relevant professional qualifications to carry out measures that fall under the function, development class, and certification area as stated in the requirement for the discipline. Or documentation of central certification for the function, development class and certification area as stated in the requirement for the discipline.

Tenderers are required to have good experience from assignments of comparable value. Engineering design services for renovations and alterations (cf. Point 2.1 General above) Overview of the most important relevant assignments in the last three years containing: A Description of the contract, the Contracting Authority, Project size in m2 and NOK, Type of building, the Tenderer's role in the reference project, Date of execution. The tenderer must have the necessary capacity to carry out the agreement for the disciplines: RIB [construction engineer] / RIBFY [consulting engineer building physics], RIV [consulting engineer HVAC and sanitary installations], RIVA [consulting engineer water, sewage and headwater], RIE [consulting engineer electrical installation], RIBR [consulting engineer fire proofing], RIM [consulting engineer external environment], RIEN [consulting engineer energy], RIAKU [consulting engineer acoustics], ARK [architect], LARK [landscape architect], IARK [interior decorator], DAK ITB [CAD Integrated technical building installations]. Overview of employees with engineering design competence within all the disciplines. The overview shall be divided in disciplines and level of competence. The overview must show what disciplines the tenderer himself has employees for, and what disciplines the tenderer intends to outsource to sub-suppliers**.
