The framework agreement will be entered into by DSB on behalf of its own entity, as well as all of the country's municipalities and public administrators, in addition to facilitating that a number of other entities have a right, but no obligation, to make independent call-offs on the contract. Based on this, the estimated value of the framework agreement is only an estimate that cannot be quantified exactly.
