NTNU

The purpose of the procurement is to cover the need for electrical equipment primarily at NTNU Campus Trondheim, as well as at NTNU Campus Gjøvik and NTNU Campus Ålesund.
A framework agreement will be signed with one tenderer for the purchase of electrical equipment. The need for electrical equipment at NTNU includes the purchase of electrical equipment, lighting products and light sources, as well as high-voltage equipment.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
The duration of the framework agreement will be two (2) years from the date the contract is signed, with an option for the Contracting Authority for an extension for a further one (1) year + one (1) year on the same terms. The maximum duration of the framework agreement is four (4) years/48 months.

Tenderers must have the following registrations and authorisations in order to fulfil the suitability requirement:
Requirement: Tenderers must be registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.
Documentation Requirement: Norwegian tenderers: Company Registration Certificate. Foreign tenderers: Verification that the tenderer is registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the state where the tenderer is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
TENDERER'S ECONOMIC AND FINANCIAL CAPACITY:
Requirement: The tenderer must have good credit worthiness without a requirement for guarantee.
Documentation requirement: A credit rating based on the most recent financial figures. The rating must be carried out by a credit rating agency with a licence to provide such service.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
TENDERER'S TECHNICAL AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
Tenderers must have documented satisfactory technical and professional qualifications to fulfil the contract.
(1) Requirement: Tenderers must have experience from comparable assignments.
Documentation requirement: Description of the tenderer's experience from up to three (3) comparable assignments during the last three (3) years. The scope, time period and recipient/party (business, name, telephone and e-mail) must be included in the descriptions of the contracts. The contracting authority will, if necessary for the qualification of the tenderer, obtain reference(s) which may be emphasised in the competition and the qualification of the tenderer.

(2) Requirement: Tenderers must have a properly functioning environmental management system.
Documentation requirement: Certification documents in accordance with national/international environmental management/environmental control system standard. Or an account of corresponding environmental management/management measures in the company.
(3) Requirement: Tenderers must have a well-functioning quality management system.
Documentation requirement: Certification documents in accordance with national/international quality management/quality assurance system standard.
Or an account of equivalent quality management in the company.
