Kristiansand Municipality was the first municipality and property actor in Norway that was ISO 50001 certified within energy management.
Property is responsible for approx. 450,000 m2 property area divided across approx. 175 public buildings. All these buildings are included in Property’s energy management system.
This is an invitation to submit tenders for energy management services for 2 years + an option for 1+1 year. The assignment manager/contact person will work closely with employees in Property.

Kristiansand Municipality would like one main resource to be offered, plus an additional resource who will assist with energy management services.
We would like the offered resources to be full of initiative, innovative, result orientated, independent, experienced, professionally strong, and cooperation orientated.
In addition to the above points, the offered resources will be responsible for general thinking and the result in cooperation with Property, and will have an important role in the municipality's general energy work. Kristiansand Municipality's quality system must be followed whilst carrying out the assignment.

The following assignments and areas of responsibility will be particularly central in the framework agreement:
- Energy management in accordance with ISO 50001.
- Energy consultancy for:
-- The municipality's energy requirements for new buildings
-- New building projects
-- Contact with network companies and energy suppliers
-- Dealing with enquiries from other internal units and external suppliers
- Central assignments for investment projects ENØK:
-- Formulation of proposals for new measures (idea phase), mapping, cost/benefit calculations, priorities
-- ENØK consultancy services and decision basis for the administration and politicians
-- Assist with Enova applications and reports
-- Responsibility for engineering design services, requirements specifications, function, etc., including electro, automation, HVAC and sanitation, renewable energy, ventilation, heat pumps, building engineering, energy measurements, energy labelling, etc.
