Ringerike kommune

Ringerike Municipality procures annual consultancy services to carry out projects of varying scopes and nature.
The framework agreement shall cover the contracting authority's need for consultancy and assistance related to architecture, interior decorator, and landscape architect in municipal purpose-built buildings.
It is important for the Contracting Authority to have the proper competence for the different project for the best possible execution and result. A framework agreement shall be entered with three contractors for each lot. Se Annex 1, the requirement specification as well as requirements for each disciplines for further details.
The agreement period is 2 years, and it will be valid from February 2023 to February 2025. Option for two years extension until 2027.
The framework agreement will expire when the framework agreement's maximum value has been reached, NOK 15 million excluding VAT over a 4-year period.
Lot 1 : 70 % of the value
Lot 2 : 15 % of the value
Lot 3 : 15 % of the value
