Qualification Requirement: The tenderer must be a legally established company.

Documentation requirement: To be stated in the ESPD and verified. • Norwegian tenderers: Company registration certificate

• Foreign tenderers: Proof that the tenderer is registered in a trade or business register as prescribed by the law of the country where the tenderer is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Qualification requirement: The tenderer must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract. Creditworthiness equivalent to rating A, will be sufficient to fulfil the requirement.

Documentation requirement: To be stated in the ESPD and verified. A solidity assessment from an approved credit appraisal agency. The assessment shall be based on the most recent known accounting figures. The key figures in the accounts must be presented together with an assessment of the tenderer's payment history.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to be able to fulfil the contract. Creditworthiness equivalent to rating A, will be sufficient to fulfil the requirement.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

(1) Qualification requirement: The tenderer shall have the necessary capacity with technical resources / consultants to carry out the deliveries to the contracting authority during the framework agreement period.

Documentation requirement: To be stated in the ESPD and verified. The tenderer must in the response state the tenderer's total capacity with relevant internal experience showing the ability to carry out deliveries under the framework agreement.

2) Qualification requirement: Good professional qualifications and very good experience are required from assignments with equivalent content and transferable value.

Documentation requirement: To be stated in the ESPD and verified. A qualitative description of up to 3 reference projects for the tenderer with transfer value must be submitted, containing information on, among other things: -The project name; -Contracting Authority; the contracting Authority's point of contact; -The total cost and length of the project; -Type of assignment; -The contract value of the assignment; -The tenderer's tasks / role in the project: -Starting time and completion date.

(1) The tenderer must have the necessary capacity with technical resources / consultants to carry out the deliveries to the contracting authority during the framework agreement period.

(2) Very good professional qualifications and very good experience are required from assignments with equivalent content and transferable value.

Kontraktutførelse
Vilkår for kontraktoppfyllelse:

The contract will contain requirements related to wages and working conditions, documentation and sanctions in accordance with the regulations dated 8 February 2008 no. 112 regarding wages and work conditions in public contracts.

The contract includes Skien municipality's provisions for fight against work-related crime, also called seriousness provisions.

The contract contains provisions regarding plastic-free municipalities.
