The unit for Building management administers the municipality's buildings (approx. 80,000 m2). In addition there can be grants over the investment budget for minor projects (varies from year to year).
Vennesla municipality has two housing foundations that administer a total of approx. 200 housing units. Call-offs against the agreements must be expected from these units.

Tenderers must have sufficient financial capacity to comply with the contractual obligations

A solidity assessment from an approved credit appraisal agency. The assessment shall be based on the most recent known accounting figures.

The key figures in the accounts must be presented together with an assessment of the tenderer's payment history.

Annual accounts for the last two years. These must contain notes, the board's report and auditor's report.

Tenderers must have sufficient capacity and competence at their disposal for the implementation of assignments in the contract.

Tenderers must have good experience from the implementation of equivalent/comparable assignments for the discipline(s) the tenderer is being submitted for.

Tenderers must have good procedures for quality control and HSE.

Tenderers must be certified and and active apprenticeship company.

Tenderers must have the necessary professional qualifications to ensure that the planning and building regulation requirements are fulfilled.

A description of comparable assignments for subject area (s) the tenderer submits tenders for. The tenderer must have good routines for quality management and HSE. The tenderer must be an approved and active apprenticeship business. The tenderer must have the necessary professional qualifications to ensure that planning and building legislation requirements are met_
