Innkjøpssamarbeidet på Haugalandet intends to enter into a framework agreement for the delivery of food products for institutional households. Bokn, Bømlo, Etne, Fitjar, Haugesund, Karmøy, Kvinnherad, Sauda, Stord, Suldal, Sveio, Tysnes, Tysvær, and Vindafjord are participating in this agreement.
The contracting authority allows tenderers to submit tenders for all or one of the following regions:
Region 1: Bokn, Etne, Haugesund, Karmøy, Sauda, Suldal, Sveio, Tysvær and Vindafjord
Region 2: Bømlo, Fitjar, Kvinnherad, Stord and Tysnes
Contracts will be awarded for the following product groups:
- Meat and meat products
- Groceries/dried food
Tenderers can submit tenders for one or more of the four product groups.
The contract will be valid for 2 years with an exclusive option for the Contracting Authority for 1 + 1 year extension.

Tenderers must be registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.

Credit Rating

Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to comply with the contract. Creditworthiness with no requirement for guarantees will be sufficient to meet the requirement. Minimum credit worthiness requirement: A

Turnover:

The tenderer's turnover per year in the last two known financial years must be higher than or equal to 2 x annual turnover on the agreements. One region is to be seen as one contract.

If a tender is submitted for several regions or both product areas, the turnover requirement shall be the sum of the expected turnover in the regions and within the product areas that a tender has been submitted for.

The tenderer must attach acceptance that Haugesund municipality can carry out credit checks via Bisnode Credit AS.

Tenderers must document satisfactory turnover by enclosing approved annual accounts for the last two accounting years.

Tenderers must have experience from comparable assignments.

Capacity:

Tenderers must document that they have the capacity to take on the assignment.

Equipment:

Tenderers are required to have the necessary equipment to take on the assignment.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

Description of up to three of the tenderer’s most relevant assignments in the last three years. The description must include a statement of the assignment value, dates and recipients (name, telephone number and e-mail address). It is the tenderer's responsibility to confirm relevance through the description. Tenderers can document experience by referring to the competence of personnel at disposal for this assignment, including experience that has been acquired while personnel performed services for another supplier.

An overview shall be enclosed of the tenderer´s total manpower and an organisation plan.
