Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Registration in a trade register or a company register: Tenderers must be registered in a company register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established. As described in annex XI of directive 2014/24/EU; tenderers from certain member countries can be required to fulfil other requirements in the mentioned annex. Minimum requirement for the qualification requirement: Documented by: Norwegian companies: Company registration certificate from the Register of Business Enterprises. Foreign companies: Proof that the company is registered in a branch or company register as prescribed in the legislation of the country where the tenderer is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling: Sufficient economic and financial capacity.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
Tenderers must have sufficient economic ability to implement the contract. Documentation: Presentation of the company's annual accounts (the most recent annual report submitted to the Brønnøysund Register of Enterprises, including the auditor's report). The contracting authority reserves the right to request preliminary figures after the latest annual report, as well as financial statements for the two previous years if this is deemed necessary. For newly established companies, a recent financial printout signed by the auditor must be submitted. Sole proprietorships must submit their last business assignment. Norwegian tenderers must submit certificates for paid Tax and VAT. The tax certificates must not be more than six months old from the expiry of the tender deadline. Tenderers must not have substantial arrears. Any arrears must be justified separately. Documentation of fulfilment of the requirements. Certificates for paid tax and VAT.

Tenderers can utilise the following environmental management measures for the implementation of the contract:

Tenderers are required to have environmental management certification in the form of EMAS, ISO 14001, or Eco-lighthouse or other approved certified environmental management. It is the tenderer's responsibility to substantiate that other certification is equivalent.
