Justification for cancellation As the acceptance period for this procurement has expired, we have to cancel the contest. Ellen Johanne has explained why we have not had time to evaluate the tenders that were received by the end of the acceptance period: "It is of course regrettable that we have not got a clarification in place regarding the tenders that were received for service designers. The reason for this is that the joint project of the four largest universities on joint systems and systems within the finance and salary area has, for several reasons, not progressed as we had assumed it would when we announced the need for a service designer. We have had delays in deliveries and progress in our joint project as well as turnover in project management and staffing of the joint project. We have therefore had to postpone the activities for which we had planned to use a service designer, among other things while waiting for us to have the framework conditions in place and a team of the universities' own employees with whom a service designer was to work. At the time of writing, it is unclear when we can get a team in place as well as the prerequisites that must be in place in order to start the work that was intended. We sincerely apologise that this has happened in this case." We aim to announce the procurement again with some adjustments to the scope and description of needs. Tenderers in this contest will be informed when the new contest is announced. NOTE: This case and the cancellation must not be confused with the tender contest which has case number ANSK-22-0217.
