Mandatory requirements

Tax certificate:

Norwegian tenderers must attach a tax certificate for VAT and tax.

The certificates must not be older than 6 months, from the tender deadline.

The tenderer that is offered a contract must present an extended tax certificate before the contract is signed.

Company registration:

Norwegian tenderers: Company Registration Certificate. Foreign tenderers: Registration certificates in professional registers as determined by legislation in the country in which the tenderer is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Tenderers must have satisfactory finances for to fulfil the contract.

In this contest, tenderers are required to document the following

economic/financial position:

The company's annual accounts in the last 3 years will be obtained from www.proff.no. There is, therefore, no need to attach a paper version of the annual accounts.

. If a tenderer cannot provide the above documentation, or would like to document that these give a misleading picture of his financial situation, he must prove his economic and financial standing by providing

other documents relevant to the company's accounting figures/finances. Tenderers

must in particular explain why the requested documentation cannot be delivered or why it gives a misleading picture. Tenderers can rely on other Norwegian companies

economically, and must then attach the requested documentation from these companies, as well as

a commitment statement.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

The company must have sufficient technical and professional qualifications.

References from the company's most relevant assignments completed within the last five years, including their value, date, and recipient. An account of the tenderer's project organisation,

with the name and company, including an overview of resources that the tenderer can use and that will be used for the fulfilment of this contract. Sub-suppliers are to be documented by presentation of a

signed commitment statement.

CVs for the engineering design manager (PGL), project manager (PL), and site manager (AL). CVs must state formal education, work experience, and references to projects they have worked on.

Requirement:

PGL: University College education with PGL experience in at least 5 projects. Experience can replace

formal education.

PL: Technical vocational college with minimum 3 years experience as PL. Experience can replace formal

education.

AL: Minimum 5 years experience as AL.
