The estimated scope is approx. 14 endoscopy racks, 53 video laparoscopes, 10 video urethroscopes, 2 video cystoscopes.. In addition optics and other necessary additional equipment and possibly consumables. The maximum scope is the estimated scope + 50%. The stated scope is an estimate for information to tenderers, and is not binding for the future contract volume.

Endoscopy equipment must include:
Complete endoscopy/laparoscopy racks including:
Equipment trolley with a separating transformer and extending shelf for mouse and keyboard.
30" or larger flat screen fixed to the trolley on a moveable arm.
Insufflator including smoke suction.
Camera processes.
Lighting source with automatic light regulation.
Extra arm for fixing the documentation unit.
Documentation unit.
Fixing for a CO2 bottle.
Fixing/suspension for the camera head.
Slave screen 30" or larger.
Fiber/video urethroscope
Video cystoscope/semi-rigid cystoscope
Video laparoscope
Camera head
Optics
Endoscopic diathermy
Other necessary accessories and consumables.
The equipment must be supplied with the latest available technology with development opportunities.
In addition, an option is wanted for the following:

The equipment will be installed in the surgical department in theatres for gastro surgery, urology, and gynaecology at Stavanger University Hospital (central operation in the main building and day surgery in Hillevåg). The equipment will be used on child and adult patients. Other departments in Helse Stavanger will also be able to use the contract.

The framework agreement will be used for replacements of and supplements for the current equipment.
The equipment will be included in an equipment pool where there will be a large degree of reuse of equipment.
Department Gastro Surgery: Normally up to 6 planned laparoscopic procedures are performed a day per operating theatre in up to 5 operating theatres.
The Women's Clinic: Up to 4 planned laparoscopic procedures are carried out a day per operating theatre in up to 4 operating theatres.
Surgical department, urology section: Up to 6-8 planned procedures (cystoscopy, urethroscopy, and laparoscopy) are carried out a day per operating theatre in 3 operating theatres.
24 hours must pass before a used scope/camera head is ready to be reused.
Varighet: 168 måneder

Tenderers must be registered in a company register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.
Documentation:
Norwegian companies: Company registration certificate
Foreign companies: Verification that the tenderer is registered in a professional register in the country where the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to comply with the contractual obligations.
Sufficient economic and financial capacity means that tenderers must have a credit rating of at least A or better, measured on AAA Soliditet's scale, or an equivalent score from another reputable rating company.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
Documented by a credit rating not older than 6 months, based on the last known fiscal figures.
The rating must be carried out by a credit rating institution.
We reserve the right to obtain a credit rating on our own initiative from a reputable rating company.
Newly started companies with a credit rating of AN, individual foreign companies or companies without reporting obligation to the Brønnøysund Register Centre will not always be able to submit a credit rating as documentation that the qualification requirement is satisfied. In such cases, this can be compensated by providing alternative documentation together with the tender.
