The sludge must be deposited in a sludge landfill site in Leirfjord Municipality.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

Tenderers must be registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established. Documentation requirement: Norwegian tenderers shall submit a company registration certificate. Foreign companies must present verification showing that the tenderer is registered in a company register, professional register or a commerce register in the country where the tenderer is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract. Creditworthiness with no requirement for guarantees will be sufficient to meet the requirement.

Tenderers must have the necessary insurance for the requested services.

Documentation requirement: A credit rating based on the most recent fiscal figures. The rating must be carried out by a credit rating agency with a licence to provide such service.

Tenderers must present a valid insurance certificate for liability insurance for all the equipment that is used for the contract work, cover for any damage to the contracting authority's equipment and property, and also for damage to third party equipment and property. The insurance must be valid on the date of the tender.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Tenderers must have good expertise and experience from equivalent assignments.

Documentation requirement: A description of the most important assignments in the last three years. The description must include a statement of the assignment's value, dates, and recipient (name, telephone number, and email address). It is the tenderer's responsibility to confirm relevance through the description.

Tenderers must have adequate capacity to fulfil the contract.

Documentation requirement: A description must be given of how many persons will be engaged to carry out the assignment, as well as what stand-by plan the contractor has for crew and equipment for holidays, sickness, breakdowns, etc.

Tenderers must have sufficient and suitable equipment to carry out the assignment based on the plants that must be emptied and the location of the access roads.

Documentation requirement: A description of the tools, material and equipment that the tenderer has at its disposal for fulfilment of the contract. The number and type of vehicles must be specified, including their weight and axel load.

Tenderers must have equipment for mapping the location of plants and pictures of them. This is to be submitted digitally upon request from the municipality.

Documentation requirement: Information on relevant software that can transfer pictures of plants, GPS points of plants, emptying dates, and times.

Tenderers must have routines for dealing with any damages, trees, bushes, lawns, etc.

Documentation requirement: Tenderers are to document this through the description.

Tenderers must have a plan for preventing unforeseen events and deviations, emissions, spillages, etc.
